Separate the Event from Each Market
A postponed or abandoned event does not always give every market the same result. A market already unconditionally decided may stand while undecided markets wait for a restart window or become void. Sport-specific rules control the timeline.

The rule may state a period within which the event must begin or finish. Do not assume a next-day reschedule automatically keeps or voids the bet.
Classify the market
Ask whether the selected market was already determined when play stopped. A first-scorer or completed set can differ from a match winner that remained open.
Track the settlement update
Keep the bet ID and initial pending state. If the recognised result changes, compare the new settlement timestamp and clause. Avoid cashing out or placing a replacement solely because the status has not yet updated.
